The Rice Residence - Additions and Alterations

The Rice commission involved significant changes all around the house. The house, built in 1964, had a series of additions, which appeared disjointed. In the front of the house we provided a new entry and driveway. In the rear we added a free-standing pavilion for shade. The client also desired landscaped terracing along the pool-patio and dock area for better views of the water.
