Marina One - Deerfield Beach, FL 

Marina One  is a full service boat storage facility located near the very popular Hillsboro Canal in the heart of greater South Florida's boating capitol.  
The four story high facility on the west side of the highway was severely  damaged by Hurricane Wilma in October 2005.  The original building will now be replaced with an enhanced aesthetic and increased functionality.  The new look will be more eye-pleasing and meets the approval of the City Council.  Every effort has been made to make certain that a building of this magnitude fits in well with the surrounding community.  It's location allows local boat owners to have maximum access to the Atlantic Ocean and the world famous Intracoastal Waterway and South Florida boating.
