Bolton Medical, Sunrise, FL  

Located in Sunrise, FL this project is an interior tenant improvement within a 50,0000 SF facility.
Thibeaux Architecture provided complete Architectural services including Structural, Plumbing,
Mechanical and Electrical (P-M-E). 

The scope of this project was to facilitate interior improvements to General Office areas as well as to the Training Room and also to expand the Shipping & Receiving Area. The one larger Training Room was sub-divided into two rooms by the use of a folding operable partition by Hufcor(tm).  A structural I-beam with steel bracing (see pic 050 above)  was added above ceiling to support the operable wall.  Media display screens were adapted to the newer Training Room environment.  Private offices were modified to add a glass side-lite to give offices a lighter and more spacious and open feel.
